Conference “Legislative Decree 105/2015 10 years after its promulgation: national experiences and future prospects”
On May 28, 2025, the Auditorium of the Inail General Directorate will host the conference co-organized by the Inail Department of Technological Innovations, the Department of Firefighters, Public Rescue and Civil Defense of the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security and ISPRA, to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the enactment of Legislative Decree no. 105 of June 26, 2015, containing “Implementation of Directive 2012/18/EU on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances”.

The event, which will be attended by representatives of institutions, universities and the main categories of the sector, will focus on the activities carried out through the continuous and fruitful collaboration of the competent authorities and technical bodies referred to in the regulation for the purposes of implementing Legislative Decree 105/2015 and which have characterised its first decade of application.
ISPRA, among the co-organizers and members of the scientific committee (Eng. Romualdo Marrazzo, Head of the Integrated Analysis of Industrial Risks Section), will see the participation of Eng. Valeria Frittelloni, Director of the Department for assessments, controls and environmental sustainability, Eng. Fabio Ferranti, Head of the Service for Risks and Environmental Sustainability of Technologies, Chemical Substances, Production Cycles and Water Services and for Inspection Activities, and of senior experts in Seveso matters, both in the morning and afternoon sessions, as well as in the round table, as scheduled.
